Dr. Ispirescu is a board certified, fellowship trained, Interventional Spine Physician. He is board certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Management by the American Board of Anesthesiology. He is well known for his warm personality and his ability to make patients feel at ease.

Selkirk Interventional Pain Specialists and Dr. Ispirescu are dedicated to accurate diagnosis and the compassionate treatment of your pain using the most up to date modalities. These may include injection therapy, radio-frequency denervation, transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS units) and implantable therapies such as intra-thecal pain pumps or spinal cord stimulation. In some cases we also coordinate additional treatment including: physical therapy, psychology, chiropractic and acupuncture as indicated.
